Darren Rogers, Senior Pastor
Pastor Darren Rogers has been the Senior Pastor at Trinity Fellowship since 1993. He received his degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. He has a heart for missions, both at home and throughout the world. The words he speaks from the pulpit constantly remind those listening of their responsibilities to the unchurched. His messages are thought provoking and relevant, packed with humor and interesting stories. His mission for Trinity Fellowship is a church that will build friendships in the process of finding God.

Worship Pastor Neil Hubbard
Neil Hubbard began serving as Worship Pastor of Trinity Fellowship in 2010. He has been involved in musical ministry since age 12. Neil attended Central Bible College in Springfield Missouri and is an ordained minister with the Arkansas District Council of the Assemblies of God. Prior to his service at Trinity Fellowship he ministered as an evangelist. His dynamic blended styles of worship ministry and preaching touches people of all age groups and backgrounds and is distinctly Pentecostal. Neil believes that the fullness of God’s Presence and Power is a necessity for the Body of Christ today.

Youth Pastor Brian Clark

Brian Clark, Youth Pastor
Brian received his degree from John Brown University. Brian and his wife, Christina, served as Youth Sponsors before becoming Youth Pastors. As Youth Pastor, Brian preaches, leads cell groups, has home fellowship, conducts fund raisers, serves as camp counselor and pours into the lives of our young people. He believes the student is number one! He strives to build solid relationships with young people by “being there” and by being a positive influence in their lives. He also desires to expose our students to the one thing that can break the negative cycle in their lives–”God’s loving Power.”

Children’s Pastor Angie Hardcastle

Angie Hardcastle, Children
As the Children’s Pastor, Angie manages the ministries that relate to the children of the church.
Her vision is to teach and equip children to be a witness for Jesus Christ. She believes that Christ can shine through children to show parents, teachers and the world the light of Jesus Christ. Every week she creates a fun, high energy-interactive worship experience for children. She uses videos, skits, puppets, games and illustrations to keep the kids focused on learning about God.

Associate Pastor Jeff Kennedy

Jeff Kennedy, Associate Pastor
Jeff has served as Christian Education Director for many years. He has been actively involved in Sunday School, Men’s Ministry, MAPS, Celebrate Recovery, and various other ministries during his time at Trinity Fellowship. He was the primary person heading up the building of our new sanctuary. He graduated from Rhema Bible Center in 1991. He planted and pastored a church in Fayetteville from 1992 to 1995. Jeff believes in teaching the Word of God in a way that develops strong lasting relationships with Christ.

Hispanic Senior Pastor Randy Treviño
Pastor Randy Trevino launched the spanish services of Trinity Fellowship in August of 2010. He serves as the lead pastor of that congregation, and as an Associate Pastor at Trinity. He was the pastor of a Spanish Assemblies of God church for more than 9 years. Randy graduated in 1999 from Bethel Bible Institute Assemblies of God in Texas. He has a passion to train and disciple those who are serious in growing and wanting to serve Jesus. Randy is married with Olga and are the parents of 2 children.

Young Adult Pastor Kyle Hughes
Pastor Kyle Hughes was born and raised in Arkansas. He is a graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, MO. Kyle is married to his wife, Heather and together they have a beautiful daughter, Sophia. Kyle joined the Trinity Fellowship staff and launched “The Venue” earlier this year. He and Heather have a great vision for what God can and will do in this generation.
