Senior Pastor
Darren Rogers
Pastor Darren Rogers has been the Senior Pastor at Trinity Fellowship since 1993. He received his degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. He has a heart for missions, both at home and throughout the world. The words he speaks from the pulpit constantly remind those listening of their responsibilities to the unchurched. His messages are thought provoking and relevant, packed with humor and interesting stories. His mission for Trinity Fellowship is a church that will build friendships in the process of finding God.

Associate Pastor
Shannon Bratton
Shannon has been at Trinity Fellowship since 1998. He moved into the role of Associate Pastor after serving in the position of Youth Pastor for 5 years. His duties include overseeing the technical and administrative sides of the church. He assists in much of the behind the scenes aspects of the church. He helps in facility remodeling, writing dramas, preaching illustrated messages, and using media and comedy to relay message themes. He believes that souls can be impacted with excellent presentation.

Music Pastor
Jeff Hickman
Jeff Hickman is an annointed Praise and Worship leader, as well as a gifted Choir director. Jeff's use of current music mixed with traditional favorites is meaningful to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Jeff has a passionate heart for leading people into the presence of the Lord.
Jeff also serves as the Arkansas District All-State Youth Choir Director.
Jeff also coordinates our Hospitality Team.

Youth Pastor
Brian Clark
Brian received his degree from John Brown University. Brian and his wife, Christina, served as Youth Sponsors before becoming Youth Pastors. As Youth Pastor, Brian preaches, leads cell groups, has home fellowship, conducts fund raisers, serves as camp counselor and pours into the lives of our young people. He believes the student is number one! He strives to build solid relationships with young people by "being there" and by being a positive influence in their lives. He also desires to expose our students to the one thing that can break the negative cycle in their lives--"God's loving Power."

Children's Pastor
Angie Hardcastle
Angie received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arkansas in 2004. She served as a sponsor for 3 years prior to becoming the Children's Pastor.
Her vision is to teach and equip children to be a witness for Jesus Christ. She believes that Christ can shine through children to show parents, teachers and the world the light of Jesus Christ. Every week she creates a fun, high energy-interactive worship experience for children.

Christian Education/Associate Pastor
Jeff Kennedy
Jeff has served as Christian Education Director for many years. He has been actively involved in Sunday School, Men's Ministry, MAPS, Berean Bible School, and various other ministries during his time at Trinity Fellowship. He was the primary person heading up the building of our new sanctuary. He graduated from Rhema Bible Center in 1991. He planted and pastored a church in Fayetteville from 1992 to 1995. He served as the Ozark Conference Christian Education Director. He served as a Children's pastor for 3 years in Fayetteville. Jeff believes in teaching the Word of God in a way that develops strong lasting relationships with Christ.
